Should 2012/13 TV season be renamed remake season?
The new TV shows that I’m most excited for this year seem to all have familiar plotlines. The Carrie Diaries (aka Sex and the City: The Younger Years), Beauty and the Beast (this one’s pretty self-explanatory) and The Selection (arguably it’s a copycat The Hunger Games). But if it’s a good story, why wouldn’t you?
